CNC State-of-the-Art mixes with traditional master machining methods on the shop floor at Advance Adapters.

Advance Adapters produces a variety of transfer case, transmission, overdrive and engine conversion components. The Atlas transfer case, Saturn overdrive, Rubicrawler, Ranger Torque Splitter and SYE kits are well known—and produced in-house. See the manufacturing and machine processes that create these well-recognized components. Precision machining, welding and steel fabrication are each performed in-house at Paso Robles, California.

In this segment, Advance Adapters staff share details about the final assembly processes for the Atlas transfer case, Rubicrawler, Saturn Overdrive, Ranger Torque Splitter, SYE kits and other gear and engine conversion products.

In addition to the Advance Adapters gear boxes and many machined castings, there are the welded, shaped and formed steel tubular components and steel brackets that make up the V-8 and V-6 engine conversion packages. Here we visit the steel and welding fabrication section at the Advance Adapters shop in Paso Robles, California.
