Our 2005 Gen 3 Ram 3500 Quad-Cab 4WD pickup with a Cummins 5.9L H.O. turbodiesel has been a great vehicle, and we’re glad we bought this truck. However, a lot has changed since our truck was new. In this video, I share the virtues of diesel power while explaining how changes in fuel costs, emissions requirements, maintenance costs and gasoline engine technology now make the diesel truck option questionable.
