QuickJack™ TL Lift Will Raise a Car, SUV or Light Truck in 30 Seconds!
In 2015, The QuickJack ™ revolutionized vehicle lifting at home, at the track and at the shop. Improved for home garage, auto repair shop, detailer, mobile service or racetrack use, the new QuickJack™ TL design increases the lifting height and weight range of these portable car and light truck lifts.
At the 2021 Las Vegas SEMA Show, 4WD Mechanix Magazine reviewed the new QuickJack™ TL and TLX systems close-up. These lifts are compact, frame-engaging models with an open-center design that allows complete access to the vehicle’s undercarriage. The new QuickJack TL Series lifts provide an additional 3 inches of lifting height over the outgoing SLX models — for a full 2 feet or more of ground clearance. The increased lifting height creates improved working room under the vehicle for light service, maintenance and many repair tasks. Working at this height offers even better ergonomics for quicker wheel service and detailing.

All QuickJack TL models feature pendant controls for one-handed operation, dual-position automatic safety locks and durable urethane wheels to make the lift sections easy to roll wherever needed. Each lift reaches its full height in just 30 seconds. When the job is done, these lifts collapse to 3 to 3.5 inches high and can hang on a wall, slide under a toolbox or easily fit into a pickup bed.
The new QuickJack TL line includes four models to handle everything from cars to lighter trucks: 1) 5000TL: 5,000 lbs. capacity, 24-in. lifting height, 70-in. frame, 3-in. lowered height, 2) 5000TLX: 5,000 lbs. capacity, 24-in. lifting height, 76-in. frame, 3-in. lowered height, 3) 7000TL: 7,000 lbs. capacity, 24.25-in. lifting height, 70.75-in. frame, 3.5-in. lowered height and 4) 7000TLX: 7,000 lbs. capacity, 24.5-in. lifting height, 76-in. frame, 3.5-in. lowered height.
For a 4×4 off-road vehicle with a chassis lift, the QuickJack 7000TLX could be the solution. Available accessory riser adapters and an optional cross beam would accommodate a lifted Jeep® 4×4 like our XJ Cherokee or even a mildly lifted pickup truck within the QuickJack’s weight capacity. We like the 7000-pound weight capacity of the 7000TLX, which provides a substantial safety margin for our shorter wheelbase 4×4. Fully accessorized, the XJ Cherokee weighs 3,800 pounds.
